OAK environmental are a company that recycle broken wheelie bins. They collect the bins from local councils (who would have to send them to land fill otherwise), then feed them to a machine known as the muncher which returns the plastic to pellets. The pellets can then be melted and turned back into wheelie bins.
We liked the idea of the muncher so much that we created a cartoon character of what it might look like. It looked tremendous when 8 feet high on the side of their collection trucks.
